Position Highlights

Advanced Clinical Focus : Perform comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, surgery, endodontics, and implant procedures. Mentorship is available for doctors looking to expand their skills.

Proven Patient Demand : Full schedules and steady new patient flow in a modern, doctor-led private practice.

PPO / FFS Model Only : No Medicaid, no HMOs.

⏰ Schedule

Monday – Thursday : 8 AM – 5 PM

Friday : 8 AM – 12 PM

Saturday & Sunday : Closed

Compensation & Benefits

$25,000 Signing Bonus

30% of Net Collections with a 99% RCM / Collections Rate

Projected Earnings : Collecting $90,000 / month = $27,800 / month or ~$333,600 / year

$700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days

No Lab or Supply Fees / Adjustments

Employment Options : W-2 Employee

1099 Independent Contractor

“Service Member” model (1099 IC with access to benefits plans)

Annual CE stipend of $1,200
