Overview
Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant
Progressive Endodontics
We are seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist with previous experience in dental assisting or sterilization. This is a full-time temporary position.
Schedule : Temporary, Full Time, M-TH 7 : 30-4 : 15
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

The salary range for this role is $21-$24 per hour.
