Manufacturing Planner

An aerospace manufacturing company located in Auburn, WA is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Planner. Applicants must be located in WA for consideration, as this opportunity is 100% onsite in Auburn, WA. Pay - $35 / hr. - $39 / hr. (Depending on relevant qualifications, tenure, industry, etc.) Location - Auburn, WA (100% Onsite) Schedule 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM PST; Monday - Friday (40 Hours a Week) Contract Duration 6 Months Contract To Hire Guaranteed W2 Employment Through Aston Carter

Summary of Key Responsibilities :

• Creates comprehensive manufacturing plans designed to provide production operators with all instructions and specifications necessary to effectively fabricate quality parts.
• Primary liaison between the company and customer regarding technical issues.
• Read and interpret customer specifications, blueprints, masking aides, and visual aids as required for basic / complex planning.
• Researches and incorporates engineering and / or purchase order changes into manufacturing plans.
• Determine customer requirements, develop planning for new jobs, and modify existing jobs in a timely manner.
• Work with production to resolve manufacturing issues. This may involve tools, methods, engineering, inspection, and interpretation of specifications.
• Acts as a liaison between the product lines and applicable customer service cells.
• Assists in identifying substitutes for raw material for new and rework orders if required.
• Initiates and assists with changes of operations to manufacturing plans.
• Prioritize work to ensure customer requirements and on-time delivery.
• Oversee document control to ensure electronic files are current and that all document control revision levels are current in the system for the individual documents that have changed and updated on the Engineering Master for any details or assemblies that use the updated document.
• Ability to work in the JobBoss ERP system.
• Experience in Military specifications and drawings is highly preferred.

Qualification Requirements :

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
