Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Dealer Sales Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a Dealer Sales Manager, you will :
Focus on driving Haworth's share of wallet by cultivating strong partnerships with dealer customers to lead with Haworth solutions. Develop and execute business plans tailored to the dealer's business for growing market share, identifying opportunities for revenue growth across their existing, target, and new accounts. Train dealer personnel on Haworth products, research, and design point of view. Ensure that the sales pipeline is effectively managed to meet quota and product mix objectives.
Essential Functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all dealer customer personnel to become their key contact for sales strategy and development. Assist dealers in meeting their sales targets, along with meeting the Haworth goals and objectives for this role.
- Create and implement business plans for increasing new business and market share growth with each dealer customer; develop plan for each dealer rep to increase Haworth share of wallet within their area of focus.
- Partner with dealers on business development activities and events for driving sales growth, with a focus on promoting and selling Haworth.
- Create value in Haworth-dealer relationship by aligning support with dealer metrics and their business plans. Attend MAP meetings face-to-face, share strategies, campaigns, brand messaging; leverage DASH and internal resources to boost dealer capabilities and increase Haworth revenue.
- Partner with dealers to deliver comprehensive education on Haworth products, research, and design principles, conducting ongoing onboarding and training for their personnel. Collaborate to ensure showrooms are consistently updated with current and new product offerings.
- Effectively manage business plans, keeping information current on strategies, sales activities, and results for accounts and new opportunities.
- May travel up to 80% to meet face to face with clients, influencers, and dealers.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with / without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
