We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will guide a class of young learners through the school year—assessing their academic levels, creating engaging lesson plans, and supporting each child’s growth socially, emotionally, and academically.

Responsibilities
Develop and follow a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum.
Teach foundational reading, math, and pre-academic skills.
Support the development of children’s social and emotional skills.
Use a variety of instructional strategies to engage all learners.
Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with school staff.
Assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met.
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education (preferred).
Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
Valid driver’s license.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
