Job Function :

• This role will primarily be managing a fundraising CRM Database software for gift entry, acknowledgement, posting to the hospital's general ledger, running reports that have already been designed, helping with expenditures.
• Managing and documenting donations and data coming in and out of their database in a structured fashion

Job Requirements : Job Function :

1–5 years of Systems Administrator or Coordinator experience, specifically managing data within CRM databases.

Strong data analysis and reporting experience, specifically tied to CRM databases.

Strong MS Office Suite experience, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s degree or coursework toward a degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

Experience or understanding of financial data is preferred, given that the data involves grants and funding transactions.

Experience with Raisers Edge or other fundraising CRM systems is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience managing data in other types of CRM systems are also encouraged to apply.
