RN Nurse Manager - Maternal Services

RN Nurse Manager will oversee our two Maternal Services departments Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby Units at Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance in Torrance CA. This is a full-time position that will work closely with each department to ensure the highest quality of care and excellence in the workplace for our caregivers.

The RN Nurse Manager is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and over 80 direct reports. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g. infants adolescents adults geriatrics pediatrics) and participates in related continuing education.

Pay Range : 73.44 - 115.94

The amounts listed are the base pay range additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby / on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.
