A company is looking for a Database Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement the gold layer within the Medallion data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security

Design and implement the Enterprise Master Person Index (EMPI) architecture and approach

Evaluate the current third-party data environment and lead efforts to bring ownership fully in-house within Azure

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or database design

Direct experience with Microsoft Azure, including modern data warehousing and pipeline orchestration

Strong understanding of Azure Medallion Architecture, including bronze / silver / gold layer implementation

Proven ability to design and deploy Enterprise Master Person Index (EMPI) or similar entity-resolution systems

Experience with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA, PHI)
