ProcessEngineer

JobDescription :

Process Engineerresponsible for sustaining existing Si diffusion processes and developing newprocesses in the MACOM wafer fab located in Lowell, MA.

Specificresponsibilities include :

• Sustains the diffusion area to meet all factory indicators; plans and conducts experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle, drives improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability / capability, productivity and safety / ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel.
• Knowledge of ALD deposition, Rapid Thermal Annealing, Epi growth a plus
• Successful candidates develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.

JobQualifications :

The Salary Range for this position is $83,700 - $136,700.Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, includingbut not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education,and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
