Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Financial Analyst

Location : Plainfield, IL

Hybrid Role (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

As a Financial Analyst , you will :

Partner with the Plainfield site to drive finance and business performance management, while also supporting FP&A activities across all client manufacturing sites in North America. This role is a blend of operational finance (60%) and FP&A (40%), requiring strong collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs for the Plainfield site
• Partner with site manufacturing teams to achieve productivity targets
• Lead month-end close reviews and reporting across all manufacturing sites
• Support annual budget development and monthly forecasting
• Consolidate and submit reports related to manufacturing operations
• Leverage digital tools to simplify reporting and decision-making
• Drive process improvements and automation in financial reporting and analysis
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance
