Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our highly collaborative IT team supporting our Global Investment Banking group with 600+ users. This role requires a hybrid skill set-primarily Salesforce declarative and programmatic development, with occasional full-stack development tasks. While Mulesoft experience is a plus, it is not required.
About the Role : You'll work closely with a team of passionate Salesforce professionals to enhance and support our platform. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset. This is a highly collaborative environment-pairing, asking questions, and sharing ideas are essential to success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce administration and development.
- Design and implement declarative solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to map Salesforce features to business processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and support rollout of enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Drive user adoption and create training materials as needed.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 / hr.
