This Contract-to-permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in full-cycle payroll processing and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities :

• Process full-cycle payroll for approximately 400 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations and maintain employee records.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies to uphold employee satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with team members to provide support to the Payroll Manager when necessary.
• Prepare, review, and submit payroll reports to meet organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Assist with audits by preparing and organizing payroll documentation.
• Continuously evaluate payroll systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Implement best practices in payroll procedures and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Provide guidance and expertise to address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Hands-on knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and its functionalities.
• Familiarity with managing payroll for teams of 100-500 employees.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for handling discrepancies.
• Ability to prepare accurate payroll reports and maintain organized records.
• Experience supporting audits and ensuring compliance with payroll standards.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address employee concerns.
