The Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist who will support our client teams with insights gained from analyzing data leveraging advance analytics techniques. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate has the capability to formulate data driven solutions in collaboration with stakeholders' business requirements.

Work You'll Do

• Work directly with client teams to identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytical techniques to drive business solutions
• Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies
• Develop custom AI / ML models and algorithms to apply to data sets
• Optimize prompts for Generative AI applications
• Use Data driven insights to drive business outcomes and communicate the same to stakeholders
• Develop processes and tools to create and monitor data models while maintaining accuracy and other associated metrics necessary for the business objective
• Fine-tune Large Language Models for specific business needs
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 . In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, majority employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
