Ability to relay technical information to both technical and non-technical staff. Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills. Excellent time management and independent work skills. Our engineers are the foundation of success for our customers and our business. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with a Data Center focus to join our team in Billings, Montana. This role will provide value for our clients in both pre-sales design and post-sales implementation. This role will perform the following responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to build a winning strategy for our clients.
- Perform necessary Pre-Sales technical functions to create systems designs.
- Build Bill of Materials (BoM), create illustrations and diagrams and provide Statements of Work (SoW).
- Relay technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Post-Sales Implementation of systems designed.
- Produce post Implementation project documentation.
- Provide proficient end-user systems administration training (post implementation) of CompuNet installed solutions
- Develop strategic relationships with our key manufacturer Partner SE's.
