Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall data strategy and manage a team of data professionals

Define and implement a data governance framework and oversee data architecture

Partner with business teams to translate data into actionable insights and establish analytics best practices

Required Qualifications

BS or MS in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD a plus)

8+ years of experience in data strategy, data science, or analytics leadership

Proven experience in data modeling, governance, and architecture design in a cloud environment

Experience managing and mentoring technical data teams

Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, APIs, and data warehouse technologies
