What You’ll Do : Program Governance

• Manage the Program governance for the multiple projects within the same client group.
• Establish a cadence with clients where ZS has a forum to showcase the work we have been doing for the clients and how it is helping them meet their strategic objectives
• Impact Articulation – Connect the dots across different client project and articulate the value across at a program level
• Establish a strong communication cadence that enables ZS to highlight risks and key-wins in a consistent manner
