Temporary Data Entry & Migration Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry & Migration Specialist to support our team with a high-volume data migration project. This role is critical in ensuring data is accurately entered, reviewed, and transferred into our internal and external systems. This is a temporary assignment focused on precision, organization, and efficiency.

What will you do?

• Perform data entry and data migration for multiple clients.
• Accurately process and verify documents across various internal and external systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Support general administrative tasks related to data cleanup and record maintenance.
• Ensure timely and organized handling of all data entry tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits : Salary range of $18.00 - $24.00 hourly (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

How will you get here?

Education and Experience : Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-year degree preferred. Requires 1-2 year of customer service experience. A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with data management systems and Excel. Prior data entry or data migration experience preferred.
