We look to partner with a candidate who fits with the CIG culture, excels as a decision enabler, and can effectively collect and communicate results to key stakeholders. This person will help shape the Actuarial & Analytics department, driving strategy and analytics objectives.
Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist, you will perform in-depth analyses. The results from your projects will facilitate change throughout the organization : from developing more sophisticated underwriting models to improving claim outcomes by building predictive claim metrics. The successful candidate has good business judgement, enjoys finding and creatively solving complex business issues, and successfully drives projects through to implementation.
