A company is looking for a Curriculum Design Specialist to design and develop engaging learning experiences for team members.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the L&D Lead to design and maintain training materials and onboarding content
Gather feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Assist with and facilitate training sessions, ensuring alignment with company values and learning objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development roles, including instructional design and facilitation
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
Tech-savvy, with experience using LMS platforms and learning technologies
Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across departments
