Compensation : Total Comp $400K cash comp,( $200K Base, $200K OTE), plus equity

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Field CTO to join our team as the senior technical partner to our enterprise customers. You will interface directly with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering to validate architectures, accelerate modernization, and ensure every Blitzy deployment drives measurable velocity in software delivery.

You will work alongside a rapidly growing, high-performance Enterprise Sales and Customer Success team. You will also collaborate closely with our AI Solutions Consultants to pair technical validation with commercial ROI, leading the technical strategy and credibility throughout the enterprise sales cycle and expansion journey.

This role requires a deep, firsthand understanding of the AI code-generation ecosystem including direct, practical experience using modern foundation models, toolchains, and frameworks for autonomous or assisted code generation. You should know what's possible, what's hype, and how to operationalize it in real enterprise environments.

• You collaborate tightly with Enterprise AEs, AI Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success to align technical success with commercial growth.
• You are a low-ego, high-output team player who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
