CRM & Digital Marketing Manager
Location : Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Pay Range : $70,000 – $100,000 annually, bonus-eligible (commensurate with experience and education)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.
We're seeking a strategic, data-driven digital marketing leader to oversee CRM, email, and digital campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate combines high-level marketing strategy with hands-on expertise in Klaviyo, analytics, and campaign optimization.
You'll own the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to loyalty, using data to drive engagement, retention, and measurable revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creative vision, analytical rigor, and strong leadership communication.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute multi-brand digital marketing strategies focused on growth, conversion, and retention.
Manage and optimize CRM and email marketing campaigns, utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo.
Design, test, and refine automated campaigns to increase engagement and sales.
Grow and manage brand presence across social media platforms, (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business), achieving measurable increases in followers, reviews, and engagement.
Set, measure, and report on performance KPIs such as CTR, open rate, conversion rate, repeat purchase, AOV, and session duration.
Partner with leadership and creative teams to align campaigns with promotional calendars and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms, while ensuring marketing goals are aligned with business objectives.
What We're Looking For :
5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or growth marketing.
Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo (required) and strong understanding of lifecycle marketing automation.
Proven track record of driving measurable performance - increasing email CTR, conversion, and repeat purchase rates.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills; strong command of metrics-driven decision-making.
Experience managing multi-brand campaigns and maintaining consistent brand identity across channels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
