We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our client's dynamic team working on mission-critical systems for our client and its end users. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and large data sets in an event-driven architecture.

• Key Responsibilities :

70% will be back-end work

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Golang, Java, TypeScript, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize GitLab for version control and continuous integration.
• Work with large data sets and implement event-driven architecture using Kafka and MSK.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS, leveraging various services and technologies including EKS.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using Postgres and Mongo Atlas.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
• Be open to using code generation and AI tools, transitioning from Copilot to Amazon Q.

Day-to-day responsibilities : This team works within PMA and ancillary systems. software automation modems, data throughput; Working with event-driven systems. (ie in this dept, managing automation of devices (cable modems) in the field. the devices will spit out data / statistics (ex : a nearby hospital installs a MRI which causes network interference) and this group works on maximizing the throughput of services to homes of customers.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, TypeScript, Angular, Spring Boot, and GitLab.
• Experience with Kafka / MSK, AWS, EKS, Postgres, and MongoDB is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with code generation and AI tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $67.00 / hr.
