You’ll focus on acquiring and engaging our prospects, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with business market goals and deliver measurable pipeline growth.We are looking for a mid-profile, preferably with experience in B2B, who has a crush for email marketing, is ready to deep-dive into our deal journey to improve performance and will become a reference in prospect-based opportunities for our Partners. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept Lead digital emailing and always-on lead-nurturing programs, taking responsibility for guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey and creating new sales opportunities. Build workflows and all CRM assets necessary to support the team in the successful execution of our initiatives. Execute end-to-end emailing and automation strategies throughout our sales journey to push for the main goals of the team Build segmentation lists based on our ICP and campaign targeting to support the team in the successful execution of our initiatives. Track and analyze the results of your campaigns, translating data into actionable insights to optimise performance and enhance ROI. Continuously test and refine lifecycle campaigns and user journeys based on performance metrics and user behaviour data. Your Profile Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English — other languages like French, German or Italian are welcome! You have a background of at least 2-3 years in revenue-focused roles such as CRM marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing. Are proficient with Hubspot. You have proven experience with this tool and are fluent with Lists, Workflows, Emails, Campaigns, Reports and Deal Management — among others. Are a planning mastermind and can independently plan campaigns end- to-end, defining KPIs and measuring results, without needing direction. Are a result-oriented person and feel comfortable defining specific goals, tracking results and taking action. Are happy to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy the day-to-day responsibilities and don’t mind getting your hands dirty with smaller tasks in order to make things happen, especially those related to email creation. Are a great communicator, with the copywriting skills to create the right emails and communications to meet our goals. Are an assertive team player and you don't hesitate to speak up your mind — cross-team collaboration is not always easy, but you make sure you bring value to the table and participate in final decisions. Bonus points Content, Storytelling and Copywriting Expertise : Experience producing premium, high-impact content, especially via email Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.
