- Participate in the migration to our new CRM and marketing automation platform (Intapp Deal cloud and Dispatch), ensuring seamless data transition and system functionality
- Build and maintain accurate client and prospect databases that support targeted content distribution strategies
- Configure CRM workflows and processes that align with CRA's brand strategy and business development objectives
- Ensure data integrity and implement quality control measures to maintain system effectiveness
