A company is looking for a CRM Manager to manage their Salesforce CRM system and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee CRM administration, including user management, system configuration, and data integrity
Develop and manage the CRM roadmap to align with organizational goals for revenue growth
Design and maintain automated workflows and integrations with other core systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of professional CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce
Proven experience in data management and integration with other systems
Strong experience with workflow automation tools, particularly Power Automate
Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred
