Salary range : $50000-$70000 / year Based on experience and education Schedule : Mon 12p-9p; Tues 9a-8p; Wed 9a-5p; Thurs 8a-8p Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology : EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs / Sheets / Drive) mobile apps etc. Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success. Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include : mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Lead 23 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree.
An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to : CADAC II - V LCSW LMHC LMFT LCAC LSW LMHC-A LMFT-A LAC LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
