JOB SUMMARY : The Department of Justice and Political Studies at Bethune-Cookman University invite
applications for a full-time, tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice in
the undergraduate / graduate program. The area of specialization is open,
although applicants must be able and willing to teach research methods (quantitative and
qualitative), introductory criminal justice courses, and upper-level courses to serve the
needs of the department. Expertise in one or more of the following areas is preferable :
research methods, law enforcement, and juvenile justice. Capacity to teach graduate courses is also
preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

also required).
