We have a great opportunity for a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team! The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge and is encouraged to market and promote new products. In addition, assist customers during the sales / purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. The Counter Sales Representative also assists with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.

We're looking for associates who :

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
• Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
• Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.
