Vaco is seeking an experienced Accountant for a thriving organization located in the Chandler area.

Responsibilities include :

Maintain and analyze the general ledger, prepare journal entries, perform monthly closings, and support financial integrity through sales tax returns, fixed assets, and inventory reviews.

Collaborate with and provide backup support to AP, AR, and Payroll teams, including reviewing AP batches and assisting with AR collections.

Develop and work with financial reports and spreadsheets, research account variances, and ensure strong accounting controls under the direction of the Controller.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance

2 plus years of experience in accounting / finance with general ledger responsibilities.

Experience in month end closing and preparing financial statements.

Prior work with SAGE accounting software is preferred.

Someone who is detail oriented and able to wear many hats.

Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
