Job Description

The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting retailer and CPG funded shopper marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz media solution. An assignment and scope will vary based on the account opportunities, area of focus, and candidate background. The Campaign Specialist working autonomously, regularly exercising independent judgment and discretion with limited supervision is responsible for ensuring client business objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and thorough project management, thus ensuring an exceptional client experience. Incumbent may be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and / or areas of focus and may provide day-to-day client relationship management. The incumbent autonomously provides answers and solutions for questions, problems and requests raised by clients as well as internal partners, establishes, and maintains good relationships with all concerned parties and may identify process improvement opportunities for Vestcom with all groups and departments within the scope of responsibility.
