Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Liaison to represent Caretech throughout Kansas. In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization — building meaningful partnerships, generating client referrals, and strengthening our presence within local communities.

The Community Liaison plays a key role in connecting individuals, families, and organizations with the home care services they need. You will develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other community partners to ensure that those in need of support are aware of the compassionate, high-quality care Caretech provides.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector — someone who thrives on building trust, loves engaging with people, and is driven by a passion for helping others access the care they deserve. You are proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role that blends community outreach, marketing, and relationship management to drive growth and awareness of Caretech’s services across Kansas.

What You’ll Do

Community Outreach & Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, Area Agencies on Aging, and other referral partners.

Represent Caretech at local events , health fairs, networking groups, and community gatherings.

Increase awareness of Caretech’s services through creative outreach strategies .

Lead Generation & Sales Support

Identify, track, and manage referral sources and incoming leads to meet monthly growth goals .

Conduct home visits or consultations with families and clients to explain services.

Manage new client leads from initial inquiry through onboarding.

Maintain accurate referral and conversion data.

Caregiver Recruitment Collaboration

Partner with the recruiting team to help fill caregiver roles and meet staffing needs.

Attend job fairs and local events to promote open positions.

Build community relationships that generate caregiver referrals .

Marketing & Brand Representation

Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and social content.

Share feedback from the field to help shape outreach campaigns and messaging.

Serve as a brand ambassador , representing Caretech’s values and mission.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare, home care, marketing, outreach, or community engagement is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships.

Organized and self-motivated , able to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Familiarity with AxisCare or similar software is a plus.

Knowledge of Medicaid Waiver programs, Area Agencies on Aging, or veteran programs is a bonus.
