Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commissions Analyst to join our client's client services team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely commission processing while delivering exceptional service to advisors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with organizational excellence and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process commission payments accurately and on schedule.
- Generate production reports and perform commission-related analytics.
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to inquiries regarding commissions and contracts.
- Maintain and update payout grids and contract records.
- Conduct licensing and contracting research as needed.
- Act as a liaison between advisors, relationship managers, and internal teams.
- Research and interpret commission structures across multiple insurance carriers and products.
- Document and communicate carrier commission processes to team members and agents.
- Collect and review monthly commission statements from various carriers.
- Address urgent commission issues and ensure timely resolution for agents.
Qualifications :
