Job Description

Are you ready to be the heart and soul of our operations. Whether your guest is returning from the theme parks after a long day or hiking the trails of the Smoky Mountains, their vacation starts and ends with you.

As a Cabin Cleaner, you will :

• Greet all guests, owners, and team members with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on property
• Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable
• Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms
• Notify superiors of any damage, defects, or disturbances within rooms
• Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Adhere to hotel / resort standards, protocols, and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations
