We are seeking a highly skilled and Business Intelligence Architect to lead the development and implementation of an in-house business intelligence (BI) reporting platform. The successful candidate will be the sole developer responsible for designing, building, and deploying the new platform, working closely with the C-suite to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities :
- BI Platform Development : Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive BI reporting platform using Power BI.
- Data Integration & ETL : Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including Planet DDS, Denticon, Eaglesoft (including historical data), Great Plains (Financial Modules), ADP (HR Modules), Denticon (RCM), and MS Dynamics (CRM).
- Data Modeling & Visualization : Create robust data models and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for effective data visualization.
- KPI Development & Tracking : Define, calculate, and track critical practice management KPIs, including doctor performance, client retention, and other dental-specific metrics.
- SQL Querying & Manipulation : Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from diverse databases.
- Azure Data Lake Management : Utilize and manage Azure Data Lake for data storage and processing (data updated every 24 hours).
- C-Suite Reporting & Presentations : Develop and present ad-hoc and regular reports to the CEO, CFO, and CIO, providing actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Data Consistency and Accuracy : Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Migration Support : Support the ongoing migration from Eaglesoft to Denticon, ensuring data from historical Eaglesoft servers is accurately sourced and integrated.
