POSITION OVERVIEW

Tire Discounters is a full-service automotive shop, so our Service Technicians perform a variety of services, including shocks, struts, steering, alignments, brakes, transmissions, routine and scheduled maintenance and much more!

Our Service Technicians are at the core of our business and vital to successful day-to-day operations of each of our locations! Below are the primary responsibilities to help you get a feel for a "day in the life."

• Provides accurate and timely vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Test drives vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists other teammates with tasks as needed to consistently deliver on our expectation of delivering a wow experience

COMPENSATION PLAN

Pay : $40,000 - $100,000+ Effective rate

Our Service Technicians are paid an hourly rate plus commission on all labor with no cap on commission! (Starting hourly rate depends on experience level and ASE certifications.) Our Service Technicians say our pay plan is the best in the industry with the potential to earn $40,000 - $100,000 annually factoring in your hourly rate, overtime, and commissions!
