Automotive Service Manager - Staten Island, NY
Well-established new-car dealership in the Staten Island, NY market is looking for a hands-on, process-driven Service Manager to lead their service department to the next level. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a growing department with strong support from upper management. Must be a positive leader and teambuilder. This is an excellent role for a hands-on leader who knows how to grow a department, retain talent, and deliver top-level customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Lead by example in maintaining strong CSI and customer follow-up practices
- Focus on technician development, training, and long-term retention
- Ensure timely and accurate repair order flow through the shop
- Work closely with upper management to grow department volume
