Identify opportunities to add additional services or maintenance based on vehicle inspection results and manufacturer recommendations. Explain the benefits of preventive maintenance and additional services to help customers make informed decisions. Prepare accurate repair orders by documenting customer information, vehicle details, and the specific services to be performed. Ensure all services are documented correctly and that invoices are accurate before presenting them to the customer. Stay informed about warranty policies and ensure that any covered repairs are handled according to manufacturer guidelines. Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Participate in customer satisfaction initiatives, such as follow-up calls, surveys, and loyalty programs. Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient service delivery. Communicate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary parts. 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in a dealership.
