BDC Representative – Automotive Sales Support

New & Used Car Sales | Harr Motor Group

Worcester, MA | $17–$19 / hr + Weekly Bonus Pay | $500 Sign-On Bonus

This is a great entry-level opportunity to break into the automotive industry.

You'll work alongside our sales team, handling customer inquiries and helping guide guests through the early stages of their car-buying journey.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for sales & service inquiries

Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm

Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments

Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system

• You'll be trained to confidently handle high-volume outreach and maximize customer connections—no cold calling required

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in English required; bilingual ability (especially Spanish) is a plus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Prior customer service experience and a passion for helping people (Willing to train the right candidate)

Calm, professional demeanor under pressure

CRM experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
