Insight Global is seeking a PMP-certified Project Leader to manage cross-functional initiatives at its high-volume tire-building facility in Woodburn, Indiana. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through automation upgrades, IT integrations, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability. The Project Leader will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards while delivering measurable results such as improved cycle times and yield rates.

ey Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects involving automation, IT infrastructure, and process optimization for tire-building operations.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors for on-site implementations with minimal production disruption.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, downtime reduction) and report progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer within the PMO.

Qualifications (5–7)

Compensation :

$46 / hr to $50 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
