Come join the newest dealership in Las Vegas! Glory Nissan is seeking a motivated and dynamic Auto Dealership Salesperson to join our growing team. As a vital part of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. If you have a passion for automobiles and enjoy helping others make informed decisions, we want to hear from you!
- Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival at the dealership.
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences, providing tailored vehicle recommendations based on their requirements.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and reviews of vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options to maximize customer satisfaction while meeting dealership profitability goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage sales, utilizing phone calls, emails, and promotional offers.
- Stay informed about the automotive market, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide customers with accurate information and insights.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that the sales floor is presentable and inviting.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets regularly and report sales activities and results to management.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Complete all required paperwork and transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
- Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network and build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computers and automotive sales software (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
