About the Role
Our Sales Team works to grow Branch by helping people easily obtain the right coverage for their individual situation. Sales agents engage with our clients directly by phone to understand their needs, discuss coverages, and sell policies. Our energetic team directly assists our prospective members through inbound and outbound calls as well as caring for prospective members who are affiliated with Branch's partnerships.
In this role, you will work in a high-performing team environment, engaging with clients to sell policies such as homeowners, renters, automobile insurance, and more! Our products are built to be bundled, and we have the technology to get pricing with very little customer information, so your time is spent interacting and connecting, not gathering much information. This role will primarily focus on interacting with potential clients to ensure they get the right level of coverage at a great price. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected. Ultimately, this is a ground-floor opportunity to play a massive role in the Insurtech industry, helping grow a business from the ground up.

- Guide members through multiple carrier quoting options to find the best coverage solutions.
- Manage a dynamic lead pipeline, proactively following up to connect clients with the right coverage.
- Proactively problem-solve, ensuring future clients receive the best insurance solutions.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance the client experience and streamline processes.
- Represent the Branch brand with professionalism, expertise, and a client-first mindset.
