The Property and Cargo Claim Adjuster is responsible for managing claims involving cargo loss, property damage, and auto damage across states within a flatbed trucking operation. This desk-based role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve claims efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Experience with bodily injury is a plus. The position is based in our Tulsa office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Claims Investigation & Evaluation

• Handle cargo, property, and auto damage claims from intake through resolution.
• Review documentation, photographs, driver statements, and other evidence to determine liability and damages.
• Manage the investigation process by determining what outside resources (, appraisers, adjusters, forensic experts) are needed for each incident.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, first responders, customers, and third-party claimants.
