Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Support Analyst to join our team and support the property damage claims process for Commerical Fleets. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of claims, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to grow within the claims or insurance operations field.

Job Responsibilities :

• Compile claim and damage information
• Enter and submit claims to multiple insurers as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the claims management system
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation or actions
• Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to gather and verify claims information
• Monitor the repair process with repair shops and multiple carriers
• Escalate complex or high-risk claims to the Senior Claims Analyst
