Auto Field Consultant

This role utilizes analytical skills to create a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This is a field-based, territory-specific position focused in the San Fernando Valley, California area. The ideal candidate will be located in or near this region. We're seeking an Auto Field Consultant with proven expertise in auto damage assessment, CCC One estimating software, negotiation, and time management, along with a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers

Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices

Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits

Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company

Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $25.50 - $45.16 hourly and is based on experience and qualifications.

Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors. including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay, (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
