Our client is a Tier 1 VC-Backed start-up committed to transforming the way drug discovery is done, making the process faster and more effective. Developing new molecules that are safe, effective, and work well in the human body requires chemists to combine vast amounts of data, deep expertise, and intuition — a process that can be slow, costly and highly complex. Patients often bear the cost of these delays.

This team of the industry's best researchers, scientists and engineers have created a proven collaborative and user-friendly AI platform that streamlines and accelerates the drug discovery journey. Following a period of revenue and client growth as well as numerous successful pilots they are looking to onboard a talented Founding Product Leader to lead their expansion, define and deliver their services offering, collaborating across design, engineering, machine learning, and scientific teams as well as leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven drug discovery services, guiding the offering from early pilots to scaled deployments
• Partner with scientific, engineering, and ML teams to translate platform capabilities into high-impact services for client programs
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and success criteria, building solutions that meet real-world needs
• Define positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for services in alignment with company objectives
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term strategic differentiation as the business grows into new therapeutic and geographic markets
• Establish repeatable processes and best practices for delivering engagements at scale while maintaining scientific and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or related fields (consulting or entrepreneurial backgrounds welcome)
• Experience developing and scaling complex or technical offerings; familiarity with biotech or research services is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical, scientific, and business domains
• Strategic thinker comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
• Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating solutions that make measurable scientific impact
