Flex Manager - GA / SC
The Flex Manager will cover extended stay properties in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Job Description
The Flex Manager is an important leadership role in which the Flex Manager will step in as Acting General Manager or Assistant General Manager for any property in need and to which they have been assigned. Once in place, the Flex Manager will fulfill all General Manager or Assistant General Manager duties, including leading a highly productive team capable of exceeding expectations while also exceeding operational and resident service standards. The Flex Manager will be instrumental in creating a high energy, positive environment with highly productive work habits for their assigned team, and a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
