Senior Supply Chain Manager

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Flex, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing delivery operations in some of our most challenging markets - rural and super-rural areas. You'll be responsible for driving automation and innovation initiatives that not only improve efficiency but also reduce costs across our rural markets. Key job responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize capacity across Amazon's Flex network
• Lead end-to-end network capacity planning and optimization, with focus on rural markets
• Drive data-informed decisions through advanced analytics and performance metrics
• Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage cross-functional programs spanning Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, and Finance teams
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational excellence
• Spearhead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead strategic planning for inventory management and transportation optimization

The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
