As a Security Officer in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type : Full Time Pay Rate : $27.50 / Hour Job Schedule : Day Time Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM Thur 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and assisting with emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and around its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : Alarm panel experience is preferred. Experience with access control systems and / or badge systems is preferred. CPR certification and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
