Position Primary Responsibilities : Aircraft Sales & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end process of managed aircraft transactions, including sourcing, evaluating, marketing, negotiating, and closing aircraft sales and acquisitions. This role requires deep knowledge of the private and commercial aviation markets, exceptional negotiation skills, and strong client relationship management.
Secondary Responsibilities : The Retail Charter Sales Representative is responsible for generating and managing sales of private charter services to individual and group clients. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with new and existing customers, and providing exceptional service throughout the charter booking process. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering tailored travel experiences.
Requirements : Sales & Marketing :
- Develop and manage a portfolio of managed aircraft operated by our Charter Department
- Create marketing strategies, sales materials, and listings for the acquisition of managed aircraft.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients and sellers globally.
- Conduct aircraft showings, demonstrations, and attend industry events / trade shows.
- Proactively sell private charter services to retail clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and client meetings.
- Provide detailed information about aircraft types, pricing, routing, and other charter options.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio by building strong relationships and offering personalized travel solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize booking details, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless trip execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide high-quality customer service before, during, and after flights.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
