We are looking for a Controller to join the Sterling Healthcare Management Team!

We are an established, privately held healthcare company and looking for a Controller for our growing health care division.

The Controller we are looking for notices the details when others don’t . You refuse to settle for good enough. You like to be kept busy and can’t sit down and do nothing because there is always something you can be working on. The Controller we need to join our team is bound by a sense of duty. Your word is your bond, and you do what you say you are going to do. We are growing and are looking for a Controller to direct and execute all of the accounting and financial reporting functions within the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Close and prepare month-end and annual statements, manage cash flow, and assist Managers and CEO in operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee the processing of daily operational tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bi-weekly payroll functions.
• Process monthly Revenue and manage expense policies.
• Lead and direct the efforts of others on the team : accounts payable clear, senior staff accountant, and collections manager.
• Assist in the development of a process manual.
